Without any license or programming skills, anyone with knowledge of tank terminals can model a tank terminal with the TopTank tool. However, when starting to use the model, mistakes are easily introduced. Despite our clear and concise manual, we advise to have a training session of one afternoon to get acquainted with the modelling method in the tool. Also we will be standby to assist you in building scenarios the first 4 weeks after hand-over of the model. Of course we are always open for service level agreements or building extra scenarios for you in case of internal resource issues (contact).
